Clive Macdonald Managing Director of G.E.M.S. (SW) Ltd whose career includes 13 years at sea and within London Head Office at Shell Tankers (UK) Ltd both at Electronic/Electrical Officer and Superintendent level. 

He has spent a further 25 years within the electrical and electronic service industry. Not only has he the necessary electrical qualifications and expertise, but has also managed many large equipment installation and service projects worldwide within the Marine Industry. Including the successful completion of the Y2K audit and rectification work of all date and time sensitive equipment onboard the Shell Fleet of Ships prior to the Millennium.

He still enjoys hands on approach in the field, meeting new and current clients during electric blanket testing and other specialised projects.
